All items are made to order. Orders typically take 2–5 business days to process before shipping.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, or carrier delays.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

If your package appears lost in transit, contact us at ihilanibeachwear@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist you.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
