We have a 30-day policy for damaged or defective items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to report an issue.
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or buyer’s remorse.
To be eligible, your item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. You’ll need to provide:
Proof of purchase
Clear photos of the item showing the issue
Photos of the packaging (if damaged in transit)
To start a claim, contact us at ihilanibeachwear@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
If your claim is approved, we will offer either:
A free replacement, or
A refund to your original payment method
Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect sizing ordered by the customer
Buyer’s remorse
Sale items
Gift cards
Custom or personalized products
Because all items are made to order, we cannot restock returned merchandise.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is defective and approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. However, because our products are custom-made, this right does not apply to personalized or made-to-order goods unless they arrive defective.
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your claim and let you know if it was approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
